Delivery & Returns

Estimated Delivery Times

All our cards for UK delivery are sent via Royal Mail First Class, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery. All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.

Orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the next day. Orders placed after 5pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the second available working day.

Royal Mail claim that 93% of UK post is estimated to arrive the following day, but unfortunately the other 7% can take up to 3 working days. Therefore, we advise ordering early where possible as unfortunately we cannot guarantee your card will be delivered on the estimated date!

Cards ordered for a specific delivery date in the future will be dispatched two working days before the requested delivery date. Please note as we only print and dispatch Monday - Friday, orders with a requested delivery date which falls on a Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on the Friday beforehand, so will likely arrive slightly early.

Delivery destination / Delivery estimate day / Delivery cost
United Kingdom / 1-3 working days / £0.76
Europe / 3-5 working days / £1.70
Rest of the world / 5-7 working days / £1.70

If your card has not arrived 3 working days after the dispatch date for domestic orders, or 10 working days after the dispatch date for international orders, please contact us so we can investigate. We would rather send a replacement than have you unhappy!
